someone called me melodramatic when i referred to what happened as netflix black thursday. without posting any references people on facebook are saying that its a glitch and it will come back later. i was able to play some episodes until 3/3 because i had the urls. but now none of the episodes are playing

Magnum PI and Miami Vice are no longer available for streaming. I queued them Thursday, March 1 and by Friday, March 2 they had been pulled from my queue. The NF rep I talked to didn’t believe that I had watched a Magnum episode before it was pulled–knew nothing about the shows even being available.

I’m sure you’re right about Starz leaving a sizable gap in Netflix’s streaming library. When I had Netflix I was surprised at what a poor selection they offered for streaming. Now I have Blockbuster @Home through my employer, DISH, and am much more satisfied with it. I get to watch great movies all the time and love it. I’m sure Netflix customers are going to feel this loss quite a bit.

I was actually surprised by how much I enjoyed the parts of this I saw before heading to bed. I particularly hadn’t realized that Boris Karloff was featured more as not-a-mummy than as a mummy!
